In addition to CrossFit, we offer several other specialized programs. Whether you want to get stronger with Olympic or Tradtitional Lifts, or maybe improve your Aerobic Capacity, we have something for all athletic levels.

Traditional Strength

Our 6-week Traditional Strength Class focuses on traditional strength movements (squats, presses, deadlifts, etc) as well as Olympic Weightlifting (Snatch and Clean & Jerk).

Steel Anchor Olympic Weightlifting

This specialized class is led by Certified USAW Coaches and focuses on improving your Snatch and Clean & Jerk Technique.

Run Club

Designed to increases your overall aerobic capacity and improve your running mechanics.
8 week programs that runs in the Spring and Fall. 2024 dates tbd
