I joined CrossFit 1620 in 2022 and haven't looked back. You build strength and endurance; you get sweaty and gritty. You may lose a few pounds but you gain confidence and a sense of self. It pushes you to your limit. What's your Mountain? The coaches will help you climb it.
I've had the privilege of working out at a number of CrossFit boxes - US and abroad. CrossFit1620 is a step above them all. It's the Owner, Matt and Lisa, Coaching Staff and the Community. All it takes is one class to see just how supportive this community. I'm constantly humbled by the people at 1620 and am grateful for their consistent positivity and support.
I started CrossFit when I was 24. 10 years later, I can say without a doubt, it has helped me in ways that go beyond the physical aspect of working out. I am grateful to have walked into CrossFit1620 just over a year ago. I am stronger and consistently pushed past what I think I can do.
