Tuesdays / Thursdays 4:30PM & Saturday 9AM

Teen Strength is a strength and conditioning program that focuses on building strength and confidence in movement patterns, Injury prevention, and instilling a positive relationship with fitness. You will learn how to safely perform weighted movements (dumbbells, kettlebells, etc.) as well as how to properly perform various body weight movements. This is an advanced class for athletes ages 11+.
