The CrossFit Kids program at CrossFit1620 delivers a fitness that is broad, general and inclusive. CrossFit Kids is specifically designed for children and teenagers to prepare them for life.
We specialize in constant variety, functional fitness and, of course, FUN!!! This approach helps kids get excited about exercising. Our program is led by Coach Kali and Coach Gillian. Both are certified CrossFit Kids Coaches. We offer three different levels based on your child's age and ability.

Porcupines (Age 3-6)
Thursdays from 4:30pm–4:50pm
Our Porcupines Class is for athletes ages 3-6 (must be potty trained). The class is a basic introduction to functional movement through fun and games. Classes are 20 minutes in length. Parents will need to remain in the building during the class time. Due to limited class sizes – (max 10) pre-registration is required for each class 24 hours in advance.

Falcons (Age 7-11)
Mondays and Wednesdays from 4:30pm–5:10pm
Falcons is for athletes ages 7-11. Participants can expect to learn and have fun in this 40 minute class. We will focus on Agility, Coordination, Flexibility, Power, Speed, Balance, Strength and Accuracy getting these kids ready for sport and life.
Pricing: $10 a class or a 10 class punch card for $80.

CrossFit Teens (12+)
Mondays and Wednesdays from 6pm–7pm
Our Teens class is for ages 12 and up. Although emphasis remains on technique and safety, athletes who attend this class are ready to bring some intensity to their workouts. Classes last one hour long.
