For over 8 years CrossFit has brought a healthy and rewarding life to my family and I. The relationships that we've established and incredible people that we’ve met along the way is what makes it special. The most important thing is establishing those relationships and making people feel that no matter their age, gender, beliefs, or physical ability that they can achieve anything they wish.
For me, coaching is about helping athletes set a goal, achieve that goal, and then move on to another one. I believe that if anything is worth doing, it is worth doing correctly. That’s why I take the extra time to ensure that every member at CrossFit 1620 has a complete understanding of how to perform the exercises safely and efficiently, why each of those movements are important, and how those movements can improve their everyday lives.
I look forward to helping each and every member with anything life may bring their way, fitness, diet, or just plain old life. If you can’t stop thinking about it, don’t stop working for it!
